assigned a refund authorization number. Note that I cannot replace the item since I only have one of each listed doll.

Approved refunds will only be made upon receipt of the returned merchandise in the same condition in which it was sent to you. We document condition with photographs prior to shipping. Our means of refund varies depending on the mode of your payment for the item:

In the event that a return is authorized DUE TO UNINTENTIONALLY UNDISCLOSED FLAW OR DEFECT, I will also refund your postage paid (if YOU paid the postage). In any event, if the return is determined to be my fault, I will provide you with a prepaid postage return label to send the dolls back to me without additional expense to you.
